Description

Clearspring Japanese Nori is a high-grade seaweed, also known as “Hoshi Nori” in Japanese. It is cultivated using traditional methods in Kyushu, Japan. The deep purple sheets are described as having a fine, even texture and a translucent, dark green color, which are indicators of its excellent quality. This untoasted nori can be briefly toasted over a flame until it turns a vibrant green before use.
