Chia seeds are the richest vegetarian source of omega3. They are also the best superfood in the world, packed with fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and proteins. They are nutritious, energizing, and they help in weight loss by curbing the appetite.

They can be eaten whole but also ground to incorporate cereals, salads, yogurts, and drinks (2 tablespoons a day are enough).

It can also be used in the form of flour to make pancakes, biscuits or bread (not to exceed 5% of chia seed).
